1920’s German Pine Wardrobe With Bottom Drawers (Dismantles) (J7005E)
Here’s a lovely decorative 1920s pine wardrobe of German origin. It has a gently arched top, two panelled doors, and two drawers at the bottom. The piece is in great condition for its age and is currently in bare wood, having been stripped from its original paint finish.
The wardrobe has a flat top behind the curved front, which could be used for storage. The sides are panelled, and the overall proportions are elegant and well balanced. It completely dismantles for delivery, making it easy to move and reassemble in almost any home.
Inside, it is currently empty, with evidence of previous shelving that can be removed if not required. A hanging rail can be fitted at the top if you’d like, and there are some small pegs at the back that can remain without getting in the way. The internal depth is generous, making it ideal for hanging coats and larger garments.
The two bottom drawers are fitted with old brass cup handles and slide smoothly.
The price is £800 as it is, or £897 if you’d like it waxed.
