Here’s a beautiful, very old pine painted corner cupboard. You can see the beautifully painted flowers on the front.

There’s a small drawer at the bottom that needs some guides, as it’s not opening very well at the moment. Once fitted with guides, it will open smoothly. Inside, there’s a shelf just over halfway up and a platform above the drawer.

The general shape of the back seems to be a ‘Right Angle’. I can provide exact dimensions, but it looks to be roughly a right angle.

These are difficult to date accurately. Sometimes pieces like this, with folk art painting have dates, but not always. I would estimate it to be from the mid-1800s — perhaps around the 1870s or 1880s — though the hinges may be a little newer, so it’s hard to be certain.

There’s currently no catch on the door, but we can discuss fitting one if needed. If you need any other measurements, just let me know.
