A charming small rustic pine washstand with a practical and attractive design. It features a single drawer at the top, a shaped gallery running around the back of the surface, and towel rails to either side, which may well be original to the piece. The washstand stands on slender turned legs with a useful lower shelf beneath.

The drawer currently has a ceramic knob, which is unlikely to be original; this can be replaced with a wooden knob or an alternative of the customer's choice. The washstand was originally painted and has been stripped at some point, leaving it in a very faded, near bare-wood condition. The drawer is in need of repair. Once fully repaired, restored, and rewaxed, it will make a delightful and characterful piece.
