Here’s a nice old pine pew we have for sale.

This one measures 75” wide (or long). A great feature is its slightly raked, or sloped, back, which makes it more comfortable than many old pews.

It appears to have its original wax finish. Perhaps originally varnished, and then waxed at some point. As you can see, it could do with a clean up and a fresh coat of wax.

The back is also tidy and clean, so it could easily be placed in the middle of a room where the back is visible. Structurally, it’s sound — it just needs some cosmetic attention.
