It has two large panelled doors, with matching panelled sides, and stands on substantial bun feet at the front with square block feet at the back. The top is flat behind the arch, so it can still be used for additional storage if needed.

The wardrobe is in really good condition for its age. The feet may have been replaced at some point, though they suit the piece well.

Inside, there is an excellent internal depth of 22", making it ideal for hanging coats, suits, and bulkier garments. There are original hanging pegs at the back, and signs that adjustable shelves have been fitted in the past. A hanging rail can be installed, and with the generous height. Alternatively": you could also have a shelf fitted, with a rail beneath if you’d prefer a combination of storage and hanging space.
