Very Quirky Antique Pine Dresser Unit With Doors And Drawers (Partially Dismantles) (J0705I)
Here's a great, slightly quirky piece of furniture. It has a neat Cornish top with a small decorative hanging detail below, a small cupboard with a shelf inside, a larger cupboard door on the right, four drawers down the left-hand side, and a full-width drawer at the bottom.
The piece is in excellent condition—almost perfect, really clean and tidy. It was originally painted and has since been stripped. The right-hand cupboard is currently empty, though you can see where shelves have been fitted before. We can easily add shelves or a hanging rail if you’d like. The internal depth on that side is 18", so it’s deep enough for hanging most clothes. You could also opt for a shelf with a hanging rail underneath.
The drawers on the left-hand side are all in good working order, and the top drawer contains removable plywood dividers. The wardrobe has attractive original brass drop handles.
It also separates for easier delivery. The top section lifts off, and the main body divides into two parts, with the largest piece being the right-hand section—so if that fits up your stairs, you’ll be fine.
The price is £1,500 as it is, or £1,695 if you’d like it waxed.
Height 84", width 55", depth 22", internal depth 18".
