This is a very attractive antique pine cupboard, partly glazed and full of character. It features a crown piece at the top, which can easily be detached if you prefer a simpler silhouette. The cupboard has two glazed upper doors with lovely patterned details, and two solid panelled doors below, all set within a classic, elegant frame.

The cupboard was originally painted but has since been stripped and waxed. The current wax finish shows some light blemishes, so a fresh waxing would really enhance its appearance and bring out the natural beauty of the pine. Inside, the upper section has a single fixed shelf, while the lower cabinet includes two fixed shelves. The shelves are set into the sides, so while they could be removed, doing so would take a bit of work. All four doors have working spring catches for a secure close, and the locks operate smoothly.

This piece offers a lovely balance of display and storage space and would work beautifully in a kitchen, dining room, or living area. It just needs a bit of a clean-up and re-waxing to really shine again.
