A Hungarian antique pine bench, dating from around c.1880, in very good condition. It has a lift up seat with plenty of storage space inside.

The high back and arm rest's are very attractive. It has been recently stripped of its original paint and is now in the bare wood, ready for waxing or painting.

These lovely big box benches make excellent settle's for a hall way, storing away boots and shoes, or in a big farmhouse kitchen storing kitchenware in the seat.
